Data Collection & Usage

We only collect essential personal details, including your full name, active WhatsApp number, and email address. This information is used for class administration, schedule coordination, sending lesson recaps, issuing future course completion certificates, and measuring our advertising as described below.

Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Your contact details are stored securely. We do not sell them, rent them out, publish them, or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

We do share them with a small number of providers who act on our behalf and only on our instructions: the tools that carry your enquiry from this site to our admin team, and the measurement platforms described in the next section. Each may use what we send only for the purpose we send it for.

We may also disclose your details where the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid order from a court or a competent authority in Indonesia.

If Edhua is ever sold, merged, or reorganised, your details would pass to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy.

Analytics & Advertising

We work with analytics and advertising partners to understand how visitors find and use this site, and to measure our campaigns. They record page views and on-page actions — opening the trial form, or clicking through to WhatsApp — alongside technical data such as your browser, approximate location, and referring source.

When you submit the trial form, limited contact details are also shared with these partners in hashed form, so that a sign-up can be matched to the campaign it came from. The readable values are not transmitted. We never share what you discuss in class, your lesson recaps, or your progress.

You can block these tools with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works exactly the same without them. To be excluded from this measurement, email admin@edhua.com.

Payment Policy

All fees paid for course enrollments are strictly non-refundable once transaction is completed.

Monthly Package Expiration

Monthly packages (typically 8 sessions per month) must be fully completed within the active billing month. Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month.

Rescheduling (Private Class)

Rescheduling is permitted only within the current active month and is strictly subject to teacher availability. This policy ensures steady learning momentum and avoids indefinite scheduling delays.

Group Class Attendance

Group class schedules are fixed. There are no individual makeup sessions or leave-of-absence (cuti) options for missed group classes.

Free Trial Sessions

No Rescheduling: Trial classes canceled by the student cannot be rescheduled.

5-Minute Grace Period: Arriving more than 5 minutes late to a trial class will be counted as a cancellation/forfeiture, and no reschedule will be provided.

Regular Classes

Any missed sessions or last-minute cancellations fall under our non-refundable policy.

Private class rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and completed within the same active month.
